Delivery Terms & Conditions
Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Methods
We ship all orders using Royal Mail. Available delivery options at checkout include:
Royal Mail 1st Class – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain the responsibility of the seller until they are delivered to the customer’s address. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, customers will be offered either:
A replacement item, or
A full refund
in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply to resend the item.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer protection laws.
